What is SES ?

It is a service provided by AWS to send mail.

Working:
By default, all SES account are in Sandbox. When an account is in sandbox it has follwing restriction :
1. You can only send mail to verified email addresses and domains,
2. You can send a maximum of 200 messages per 24-hour period.
3. You can send a maximum of 1 message per second.


Verified Account : 
When your account is in the sandbox, you can only send and receive the emails from verified email address only.  

To move the account out of sandbox we need to open a ticket with AWS stating the use case and provide some information about
